These are some of the most frequently asked questions from Brides…here are OUR answers:

How far in advance should I select my wedding flowers?
Ideally, the best time to select your flowers is after you have ordered your dress and your attendant's dresses. However, the reality is that as long as you have your ceremony and reception site, you can start looking at flowers. If it turns out that you pick dresses in different color scheme, then we sit down and adjust flowers and colors as necessary.

Do I need to make an appointment and how long does it take?
Yes, we set appointments so that we can give you our undivided attention. The appointment will take approximately an hour to an hour and a half.

Can you give me a quote over the phone?
As Dan always says, "Asking 'How much do bridal flowers cost?' is like going to a car dealer and asking 'How much is a car?'" We will try to give a ball park idea over the phone when asked, but really, until we get into the specifics of your exact flowers and design, wedding date, and flower quantity, it is just that, a ball park.

How many weddings do you do in a day?
We base that on capacity. That means it may be one large wedding or a couple of small weddings. We will not overbook ourselves causing unnecessary stress on anyone. We want to enjoy doing our work for you, and happy people make happy arrangements.

Do I need to have fabric swatches for the consultation?
Not necessarily, but when possible, it is very helpful. If swatches are not available, photos of the dresses can help. If you can not get either, try to match the color to a piece of clothing - a scarf, sweater, piece of ribbon, etc - that way we can see the color as you see it. We also have ribbon charts as well as various swatches from previous weddings that we can use to identify a color. If necessary, together we can select your flowers based on your description of the color and "tweak" the choices after the dresses arrive.

What if I don't know anything about flowers?
No problem. Our portfolio is full of all varieties, combinations and ideas for you so all you need to do is point and say "I like that flower." We will use that feedback and create the perfect bouquets to fit your personality.

How do I know you're the right florist for me?
That is where you have to trust your instinct. Although important, it is not always about price. It should be more about how well you connect with your florist. Do they listen? Offer suggestions? Do they have pictures of their work, or just generic pictures from magazines?

At Forever Floral, every bouquet, corsage, boutonniere and arrangement that we show was created by us. We use our photos as a tool to show our work, not someone else's. If you are interested in a certain style, flower combination or even something unusual such as incorporating a prayer book in a bouquet, we can turn to a page or pages in our books and show you a bouquet we did for another bride. We speak from the position of having the experience…if it is in our books, we have made it. Just because a shop shows a picture of something, unless it is their picture, that doesn't mean they can duplicate the look.

By selecting Forever Floral, you get the benefit of us having all the experience, equipment and refrigeration and knowledge that goes along with owning a full-service flower shop, but without the distractions such as walk-in business and holiday business. We give you personalized service and a commitment to perfection because we have dedicated our business to weddings. We prefer to work for you, our bride.

Your flowers make your day - don't spend the day worrying about them.
